All searches are subject to legal restrictions, terms of use, and applicable law. By requesting any search, you certify that you are in, and assume full responsibility for, compliance with the legal restrictions and agree to indemnify, defend and hold Instant People Check harmless from any breach of any law by you, your agents or contractors and any damages, fees and costs associated therewith. Information from this site must be used in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, (15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681).


User hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Instant People Check, their employees and famailies and all other Third Parties from and against any and all costs, claims, demands, losses, and liabilities (including actual attorneys' fees) arising from or in any way related to use of information by User (or any third party receiving such information from or through User) furnished by or through InstantPeopleCheck.com.


Instant People Check will not knowingly provide information to persons who intend to use such information in contravention of the law. By ordering information & investigative searches, you certify that you intend to use the information for lawfully acceptable purposes and are responsible for any and all violations. Users who request information under false pretenses and/or submit false or misleading  information at signup may be subject to civil & criminal penalties, as well as administrative sanctions. By signing up or requesting services, you certify the search purpose is for that listed on your order and agree to be 100% liable for any partial or full material misrepresentations made by you or your representatives, including all cost incurred by Instant People Check necessary to investigate, document, initiate or defend any and all actions of law.


IPC researches and provides data retrieval for consumers and businesses. Our search results are based on the data that you provide. Please be sure to enter complete and accurate information. Orders are processed instantly or within one business day based on the search's description. We will not refund payments once our service has been initiated. However, if no records are found with your search and another service does find criminal records with your subject, then IPC will provide a full refund.


Instant People Check is not responsible for incorrect email address that result in the delay of records received by the customer. IPC is also not responsible for information not received by email due to spam controls or other filtering devices on the customer's computer system.


The data we provide is public record and non-public record information obtained from government entities or from reputable companies contracted to provide as such. However, due to various contributing factors, we can not guarantee the accuracy and/or extent of the results.


Instant People Check is not responsible for non-expunged records. If proper documentation is provided to Instant People Check for a record to be expunged, then Instant People Check will block the subject's information on their site.


Some criminal information is provided by a third party who obtains criminal information from county and state courts. Instant People Check is not obligated to divulge the names of individuals or the company where the criminal information is received from.


You, the customer, are completely responsible for full payment when due, of any products or services ordered. It is your responsibility to be aware and in compliance with any rules or restrictions regarding products or services. You agree that you are responsible for evaluating and selecting any chosen products and services and do so at your own risk.


All website information, contents, and products, are provided without warranty of any kind. Likewise, the exact warranty condition would apply to information, materials, and products, obtained through or in connection with this website. IPC does not warranty fitness for a particular purpose, exact timeliness, or expectation of privacy. Under no circumstance, shall IPC or any related sources be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including incidental, consequential, or anticipated which results from the following:

  • You are financially responsible for any use of your account by any legitimate, or unauthorized users within your home or facility. Your Membership account number, password(s), and credit card numbers should be strictly confidential,
  • Information submitted by you to IPC will become the property of IPC and not disseminated to any other entity and that IPC is not responsible for any interception of information transmitted to and from IPC,
  • You will not use acquired information to cause emotional or physical harm to an individual in any way,
  • You will not use information provided for credit purposes, insurance underwriting, employment or any other purpose that violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar state statutes. (We have made the Fair Credit Reporting Act available for viewing).
  • You will not use this website if your jurisdiction does not legally support the terms and conditions herein.
  • You agree to release and indemnify IPC, its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from all liability or damages due to the unauthorized access or improper use of information provided by this Website. You also agree to release and indemnify the credit bureaus, government entities, and other information sources used by IPC to provide credit or any other information, as well as any of the affiliated entities, their officers, employees, contractors, and agents, from all liability or damages due to the unauthorized access or improper use of information provided by this Website.
