We check your subject's name with every state that we offer a statewide criminal search. These are maintained and updated regularly from information submitted by courts and other criminal justice agencies. Also included, a search through their various sex offender registries (except CA, MO, NV, OR, RI and WA).

TEXAS coverage includes the Department of Public Safety Records, corrections and sex offender records. County court records for felonies and misdemeanors in Texas include Bexar, Dallas, Denton, El Paso, Ft. Bend, Gregg, Harris, Jefferson, Nueces, Potter, Travis and Victoria.

A total of 44 states, plus Washington D.C. and Guam, are searched for criminal records! Those states include Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California (particular counties), Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. Also included is a social security verification check. Due to social security identity protection, all orders must be manually processed.

The Federal search includes criminal records that fall under Federal Law. These records originate from the Federal District Courts within each state. They can include the interstate distribution of drugs, firearms, kidnapping, embezzlement, and other federal level crimes. Federal offenses are generally felonies and result in at least one year of incarceration. Results may include docket, offense, and disposition information. This search is conducted with the subject's name only on a per state basis. Due to the wide scope, a common name can generate multiple “hits”. Therefore, a middle name is highly recommended if available.

Multiple searches can be processed. We can accept Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Text and most other formats.
