A total of 45 States are searched for criminal records! This option is best if you are unsure of your subject's previous addresses or if he/she has lived in several states. Those states include Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, CA (particular counties), Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., and Wisconsin. Federal records searched and results will vary depending on each state. Most states will include name, alias, sex, race, DOB, case #, offense and date, offense location, sentence, sentence dates, parole information, and status.

This search includes criminal records that fall under Federal Law. These records originate from the Federal District Courts within each state. They can include the interstate distribution of drugs, firearms, kidnapping, embezzlement, and other federal level crimes. Federal offenses are generally felonies and result in at least one year of incarceration. Results may include docket, offense, and disposition information. This search is conducted with the subject's name only.
