Federal offenses are generally felonies and result in at least one year of incarceration. Results may include docket, offense, and disposition information. This search is conducted with the subject's name only on a per state basis. Due to the wide scope, a common name can generate multiple “hits”. Therefore, a middle name is highly recommended if available.
