About Florida searches:
Circuit and District Court records of felony and misdemeanor cases disposed in most counties (excluding Flagler, Liberty, Nassau, Putnam, Saint Johns, St. Lucie, Sarasota, Seminole, Suwannee) since 1989. Results include name, DOB, race, sex, case number, county of offense, charge(s), disposition, disposition date and sentence date. Updates currently on hold. Last update received October, 2003.
Also included are corrections records of statewide criminal convictions and guilty pleas (mainly felonies) on persons who have been sentenced to serve time or community service, or have received a suspended sentence or probation at a state facility since 1974. These records include persons guilty of felonies and some state-level misdemeanors. Results show the defendant name, DOB, race, sex, case number, county, arrest date, charge(s), disposition date, disposition and sentence. Records updated monthly.
Sexual predators and violent offenders sentenced since July 1993 are also listed. Records updated monthly.
Please be certain that ALL information entered is EXACT and COMPLETE to insure an accurate search. Also, the date of birth must be in the format of mm/dd/yyyy (e.g. 02/20/1964). Due to court costs, no refunds can be issued for data input errors.
