About Alabama searches:
Court records of statewide felony convictions since 1985. These records contain information submitted to the State by courts from each county and other criminal justice agencies. Results show the disposition date, county, defendant name, DOB, race, sex, charge(s) and sentence. Records not updated since September, 2003.
Also included are sexual predators and violent sex offenders sentenced since September 1999. Those records updated monthly.
The Federal search includes criminal records that fall under Federal Law. These records originate from the Federal District Courts within each state. They can include the interstate distribution of drugs, firearms, kidnapping, embezzlement, and other federal level crimes. Federal offenses are generally felonies and result in at least one year of incarceration. Results may include docket, offense, and disposition information. This search is conducted with the subject's name only on a per state basis. Due to the wide scope, a common name can generate multiple “hits”. Therefore, a middle name is highly recommended if available.
